How do I pick a template?+
After purchase, the Website Builder dashboard opens to a template gallery sorted by industry. Browse, preview a few, and click “Use this design” — your content auto-fills sample blocks. You can switch templates later without losing content.
How does drag-and-drop work?+
Click anywhere on the live preview to edit. Drag new sections (hero, gallery, testimonials, contact form, etc.) from the side panel. Each section has style controls — colors, fonts, spacing. Changes save automatically; preview on desktop/tablet/mobile in one click.
How do I add my own domain?+
Builder dashboard → “Settings → Domains” → “Connect a domain”. If your domain is at ixitech, it auto-configures. If at a third-party registrar, we provide the A and CNAME records to set. Activates within 30 minutes.
How do I publish my site?+
Top-right “Publish” button. First publish takes ~30 seconds; subsequent updates are instant. The site is served on global CDN with free SSL. There’s no separate “deploy” step — what you see in preview is exactly what visitors see.
How do I add an online store?+
Upgrade to Website Builder Online Store ($26.99/mo). The store section adds product listings, cart, checkout, shipping, and tax automation. Connect to Stripe or PayPal in 2 clicks. Includes SEO tags, abandoned-cart emails, and inventory tracking.
Can I export my site if I leave?+
The Website Builder is hosted on the platform — sites can’t be exported as static files for use elsewhere. If you outgrow the builder, our team can migrate your content to a self-hosted WordPress site on any hosting plan. Your domain comes with you regardless.
