Hosting, VPS, and cPanel

Two ways: (1) From your account dashboard → “Web Hosting” → click your hosting tile → “Manage” → “cPanel Admin”. (2) Direct URL: https://yourdomain.com:2083 using your hosting username/password (different from your account login).

Three options: (1) cPanel File Manager — easiest for small uploads. (2) FTP/SFTP — use FileZilla or Cyberduck with credentials from cPanel → “FTP Accounts”. (3) SSH/SCP — VPS only, full command-line access. For WordPress, use the WP admin’s media uploader for site images.

cPanel → “MySQL Databases” → enter a database name → “Create”. Then create a database user under “MySQL Users” and add it to the database with all privileges. Use those credentials in your application’s config (e.g., wp-config.php for WordPress).

cPanel → “WordPress” (under Softaculous or Installatron) → “Install” → fill in your domain, admin username/password, and click install. Done in under 60 seconds. Or use Managed WordPress plans which auto-provision a fresh WP install with backups and updates already configured.

Self-Managed VPS: SSH with the credentials emailed at provisioning — ssh root@your.vps.ip. Fully-Managed VPS: same SSH, plus optional cPanel/Plesk pre-installed. Both VPS tiers include console access via the customer dashboard if SSH is unreachable.

Hosting and VPS plans support live scaling. From the dashboard → your hosting tile → “Upgrade plan” — select the new tier and confirm. Upgrades are pro-rated. VPS resize takes ~5 min with brief reboot; shared hosting tier upgrades are zero-downtime.

All plans include daily off-site backups retained for 30 days. Restore from cPanel → “Backups” or via your account dashboard. Full-site restore takes ~10–30 minutes depending on size. Need on-demand snapshots? Add Website Backup (5/25/50 GB tiers) for unlimited manual restore points.
