What does my plan come with?+
Every hosting plan includes free SSL, daily off-site backups, and a free 1-year domain registration when you start with a new domain. cPanel-based plans add the cPanel control panel; managed WordPress plans add automated WP updates; VPS plans add full root or fully-managed administration. How do I sign in to my account?+
Click the user icon in the top-right of any page (or visit the customer portal directly). You’ll land in your account dashboard where you can manage hosting, domains, email, billing, and renewals. Forgot your password? Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page, or call (480) 624-2500.
Which plan should I start with?+
Three quick rules of thumb: One simple website → cPanel Starter or Economy. WordPress with hands-off updates → WordPress Basic or Deluxe. Multiple sites or technical control → Web Hosting Plus or a VPS. Still unsure? Call us — we’ll match a plan to your actual needs in under 5 minutes.
How do I migrate my existing website?+
Most plans include a free site migration. Open a support ticket or call us with your current host’s cPanel/FTP credentials — we’ll move WordPress, files, and databases for you. Allow 24–48 hours. We schedule cutover during your low-traffic window so visitors see no downtime.
Where do I manage my domain, hosting, and email?+
Everything lives in your customer dashboard at the sign-in URL above. Domains live under “My Products → Domains”, hosting under “Web Hosting”, email under “Email & Office”. You can also access cPanel directly from your hosting tile.
