How do I set up Microsoft 365 email?+
From the email page, pick a plan, then add a mailbox at the address you want (e.g., you@yourdomain.com). We auto-configure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC if your domain is also registered with us. Mailbox is live in 5–10 minutes.
How do I add email to my phone?+
iPhone: Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add → Microsoft Exchange. Enter your full email address and password. Android: Email app → Add account → Exchange/Office 365. Outlook mobile app works on both and is recommended for Microsoft 365. The account auto-syncs mail, contacts, and calendar.
How do I configure MX records manually?+
If your domain is at a third-party registrar, set these MX records (priority/host): 0/yourdomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com. Add SPF: v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all. Allow 30 min for propagation. The exact MX target is shown on your mailbox provisioning page.
How do I set up an email forwarder?+
Microsoft 365 mailboxes: Outlook web → Settings → Mail → Forwarding. Or in the admin center, set forwarding for any mailbox. cPanel email accounts: cPanel → “Forwarders” → “Add Forwarder”. Forwarders are free, unlimited, and work even if the source mailbox is empty.
How do I block spam?+
Microsoft 365 has built-in spam filtering enabled by default — caught messages land in Junk Email. Tighten or relax in admin center → Security → Anti-spam policies. For cPanel email, enable SpamAssassin and set a score threshold (5 = balanced, 3 = aggressive). Persistent issues? Email Marketing Pro adds reputation monitoring.
Why are my emails going to junk?+
Most often, missing or wrong SPF/DKIM/DMARC records on your sending domain. Run a check at mxtoolbox.com — green checks across SPF, DKIM, and DMARC mean your sending reputation is healthy. If a record is missing, the admin center will provide the exact value to add.
